Dear Waterleaf Neighbors,
As you know, the COJ contractors for the Kernan Road Widening Project recently removed the light pole at our entrance. As a result, that area is poorly lit and potentially dangerous – especially in the dark.
Despite the efforts of our Property Manager, Anna, it appears that there is no plan by the COJ or its contractor, to place temporary lighting at our entrance. Bear in mind that the area in question is a city “right of way” and outside the purview and authority of the Waterleaf HOA.
We will continue to appeal to our city and elected officials, to secure an acceptable solution. In the interim, please exercise extreme caution when entering and exiting Waterleaf.
